• Ultimate Sales Price does not exceed the FHA Maximum
• 5 Bed/3 Bath Max
• 1/2 acre or less lot size

*Higher Credit Scores (680+) and down payment (20% or more)  trumps the the maximum sq footage, beds/baths and lot size.
